Excellent and helpful staff at all times. Attentive and kind, lovely hot spring baths and a cosy room. All as advertised. You are literally a few steps away from the main attraction in Kusatsu. Nice restaurant a few steps from our room!

The location is suitable for sightseeing in Kusatsu (It was just in front of Yubatake), and the services were quite comfortable!

The personnel was incredibly nice. I never had the impression they were inconvenienced by my questions or requests. The location is great, just next to the Yubatake. The food was delicious (I had breakfast and dinner).
